（中央社記者周羿伶台北1日電）針對八仙樂園塵爆有2名陸生受傷，陸委會主委夏立言今天表示，這證明在台陸生需要納入健保，因為這是基本人權，應該要公平對待陸生。

在台陸生目前未納入健保，加上這2名陸生在塵爆中傷勢嚴重，醫療費用可能偏高。行政院大陸委員會主委夏立言下午視察海峽交流基金會時，針對媒體這一提問作上述回答。

夏立言說，八仙樂園發生塵爆事故，證明陸生有納入健保的需要，因為這是基本人權，要公平對待他們，就像對待任何一個外國學生一樣。政府下個會期將會繼續努力推動。1040701
